ScribePro Team is proud to help power the medical welfare of the FIFA World Cup 2026. Our advanced medical management system is offered to all 48 competing nations as part of the FIFA WC26 Digital Medical Management Programme, from pre-tournament preparation to post-competition handover. Qualified Member Associations can utilise this offer from March 2026 until March 2027.
Submit injury and illness data to FIFA directly from ScribePro Team by selecting 'FIFA Global Player Health Surveillance' from the CSV export options. Create and securely share injury and illness reports with club medical staff directly from the system, generating individual or multiple PDF reports to support effective communication and continuity of care.
Member Associations will receive full access to ScribePro Team for one squad of 35 players, for one year ending 31 March 2027, at no cost to the Association. During this period, Associations can grant access to an unlimited number of clinicians, receive full support from ScribePro including squad setup, onboarding and ongoing support, manage player medical care continuously from onboarding through pre-tournament preparation and competition to post-competition, and access and download recorded information at any time. Each Association will also receive an Archive squad for secure storage of medical records beyond World Cup 2026.
One representative from your Association must submit the registration form accessed using the QR code provided at the Team Doctor Workshop in Atlanta. Please contact us if you have not received this communication. After submission, a member of the ScribePro team will contact you directly to discuss next steps.
ScribePro will create your Association's squad on the system and invite your lead contact to become Squad Admin. The Squad Admin can then invite clinicians to join the squad and collaborate on player care. ScribePro can support bulk player upload; please contact us for assistance.
The Admin can add or remove users at any time via the portal. To invite a clinician, the Admin will need their full name, email address and mobile phone number.

You will receive an email invitation. Click the Join Squad link and follow the registration steps using your email address and mobile phone number. Once registered, you can log in and access your squad(s) at any time.
Yes. The ScribePro Team app is available on iOS and Android via the App Store and Google Play Store. The app also works offline, so you can use it without Wi-Fi or mobile signal.
No. ScribePro does not use passwords. Access is granted via email link, SMS verification or one-time passcodes if using a phone number. After verification on the app, access is secured using your device's biometrics such as face ID or fingerprint, with a PIN set as a backup if biometrics fail.
The maximum number of players is 35.
There is no limit to the number of clinicians who can access a squad. Access to the Clinical Team is managed by the Squad Admin.
Yes. You can use your web browser's translation functionality when accessing the Portal, such as the Google Translate extension in Google Chrome.
